Overview

ARK Projex provides project administration, bidding, document review, scheduling, and funnel-management tools for architecture and construction teams. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information handled through the service.

Information We Collect

We collect account information, firm and project information, project documents, contact information, bidding records, submittal and review records, communication content, usage logs, and support correspondence. We may also process uploaded files, drawings, specifications, markups, messages, and metadata needed to provide the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate ARK Projex, authenticate users, deliver project workflows, manage documents and registers, provide bid portal access, send requested communications, support customers, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

SMS Communications

SMS consent and phone numbers are used solely to deliver the messages you signed up for. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies based on project and workflow activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help.

Email Communications

We may send service-related emails, project notices, bidding notices, review updates, and other requested communications. Unsubscribe links are honored immediately for marketing or funnel email messages where applicable.

Sharing and Service Providers

We use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, email delivery, analytics, document processing, and similar operations. These providers are used to operate ARK Projex and are not authorized to use customer data for their own marketing.

Data Retention

We retain account, project, document, communication, and audit records for as long as needed to provide the service, support legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain project history. Customers may request deletion where legally and operationally appropriate.

Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

Wherever applicable law provides them, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete, to request deletion of your personal information, to request a copy of your information in a portable format, to object to or request restriction of certain processing, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@arkprojex.com from the address associated with your account, and tell us which right you are exercising. We will verify your identity before acting and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and in any case within 45 days. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

Where ARK Projex processes information on behalf of a customer firm, that firm controls the information and we will refer your request to them and assist them in responding. If you connect a third-party account such as Zoom, Microsoft 365, Google, or Bluebeam, you can disconnect it at any time from Profile → Connections in ARK Projex, which deletes the stored access tokens for that service. Records already filed in a project remain part of that project's history.

If you believe we have not resolved your request adequately, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access to authorized users and service operations.
